Company Overview

Michael has been in accounting and finance for more than 35 years. He is a graduate of the Anisfield School of Business Ramapo College of New Jersey with a specialization in Accounting and Business Administration. He earned an MBA from Rutgers Business School with a specialization in Supply Chain. Michael started his career with the Federal Paper Board Company learning the processes of manufacturing and over 12 years became a corporate controller. After the sale of the company,Michael was hired by a medium-sized accounting firm. He started working with smaller companies, which opened his eyes to the high demand for bookkeeping. Michael partnered with Anthony Logozzo to start their own firm, AMX Bookkeeping.
As the firm grew, Michael started to add consulting services for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). This allowed him to work with Fortune 100 companies such as L’Oréal, Siemens, and other private companies such as IAB (Interactive Accounting ureau), Kaysea, Cross Country Pipeline, Papp Iron Works, NJ Flexo Print, Hybrid labels and many others. Further, Michael has worked with nonprofits like Middlesex County College and Rahway Public Library.
Michael is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and supports clients with installs, upgrades, troubleshooting technical issues, and eveloping company data files and custom reports related to each company’s need.
In his spare time, Michael loves to golf, workout and spend time with his family.

Anthony is a Certified QuickBooks Advisor with advanced QuickBooks bookkeeping certifications and over 17 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, dating back to 2008. His background spans full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, cash flow management, reconciliations, and process optimization across multiple industries, with deep expertise in skincare, cosmetic retail, and service-based businesses.

Alongside Michael, Anthony provides specialized accounting and consulting services to health clubs and fitness centers, ranging from boutique studios to large multipurpose facilities. Their work includes customized management reporting, financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, KPI development, and executive dashboards. They also support operational efficiency through back-end software training, including ABC Financial and DataTrac, as well as staff and workflow optimization.

Anthony oversees client intake, onboarding, and ongoing account setup, ensuring clean data, accurate historical imports, and scalable bookkeeping systems. He also leads marketing and business development for AMX Bookkeeping. With a background as a business major, Anthony brings a strong operational mindset and excels in technical areas such as data implementation, system migrations, and complex import and export logistics.
