What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number and message. When you call or email us, we keep the details you provide so we can respond. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

The calculators on our Tools page run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored.

How we use it

We use the information you share to respond to your enquiry, to schedule and prepare for a consultation, and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us run the website and process form submissions, and where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use Google Analytics or similar tools to understand how visitors use it. These tools set cookies and collect aggregated usage data. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to read the site or use the calculators. Our contact page embeds a Google Map, which may set cookies from Google.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as required to provide services and meet our professional and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@amxbookkeeping.com with your request.
